PLEASE NOTE:
Studies in English (both in Management and MBA studies) are launched if there are at least 15 students interested.
If a sufficient number of students does not gather, we refund the money you have paid for the studies.
We do not refund the cost of translating documents or applying for a visa.

 

A foreign candidate (speaking English) is requested to fill in the Student Application Form:

Once you have completed the form, print it out and sign it in the two spaces provided.
Then scan the document and send it to us at international@wans.edu.pl.

 

Once we have received it, we will contact you and ask for further documents:

  • a scan of a document certifying that you have completed secondary or post-secondary education and obtained a secondary/junior high school diploma entitling you to apply for first-degree (Bachelor) studies in Poland – a translation of the document into Polish made by a sworn translator must also be provided!
  • a scan of a document certifying that you have completed higher education and obtained a diploma entitling you to apply for second-degree (Master) studies in Poland – a translation of the document into Polish made by a sworn translator must also be provided!
  • proof of your English language skills (in English or Polish)
  • a scan of your passport (preferably a file in JPG format)
  • a photograph (preferably a file in JPG format)

 

Then you will be asked by us to make the payment:

  • for Management studies – tuition fee for 1 year + registration fee
  • for MBA studies – total fee + registration fee

Once the payment has been confirmed, we will send you a certificate of admission to the studies (in Polish and in English language) and prepare an invitation letter to facilitate the candidate’s obtaining of a visa.

In September 2024 we will announce which  studies will be launched.
Then we will contact all applicants.

 

Once you have received your visa, please feel invited to our university in Bialystok, Poland, where we will sign a study contract with you.

When do the studies start?

I have just sent you the Student Application Form. Can you send me the conditional offer letter so i can pay my study fees and book appointment at the embassy?
First you have to send us all the necessary documents and make the payment. Once the payment has been confirmed, we will send you a certificate of admission to the studies and prepare an invitation letter to facilitate the candidate’s obtaining of a visa.

When will I receive confirmation that the studies I am applying for will be launched?
In September 2024 we will announce which studies will be launched and contact all applicants.

A sufficient number of students have not gathered and the studies I was interested in will not be launched. What should I do?
Contact us – we will refund the money you have paid into your bank account.

Is there a deadline for paying the registration fee and tuition fees?
The registration fee and tuition fee must be paid before the invitation process begins. You must have proof of payment when you submit your documents.

Can pay my fees in instalments?
Unfortunately no, you must pay the whole amount.

Is the registration fee part of the tuition fee?
No, the registration fee is not part of the tuition fee.

What is the accommodation fee for one semester?
We do not provide accommodation.
