MANAGEMENT

• Bachelor degree programme (1st) – 6 semesters
• Master degree programme (2nd) – 4 semesters

Programme description:

• The programme is designed to provide students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of management and quality sciences and related sciences such as marketing, finance, managerial accounting, project management, human resources management, psychology and sociology, information technology.
• It is aimed at developing in the students attitudes aimed at manifesting entrepreneurial spirit, continuing self-education, while respecting high standards of professional ethics.
• After graduation, the graduate will have practical skills in the field of hard and soft competences, such as: acquiring and analysing information, problem solving, individual and group decision making, team management, planning, organising, controlling activities, conducting negotiations, communication, time management, stress management, ability to adapt to the changing external environment, taking into account high standards of professional ethics.

The students’ educational process is carried out:

• in a group of classes in humanities or social sciences and a foreign language
• in a group of core courses
• in a group of optional courses
• as elective courses
• during professional practice

MBA – MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

• Full-time programme
• Duration: 3 semesters

The MBA programme is based on a modular teaching system. It focuses on practical skills for efficient and effective business management. Teaching takes place in the form of lectures, exercises, workshops, project work, consulting projects, simulation games, case studies, training trips and a final dissertation.
